Aight, I just watched the video, I don't see nothing wrong with what he wearing. What his arms was out? I'm not attracted to Nyggas Arms so I never caught itTrying reading the comments on the video. I maybe saw one person ackknowledging him dressed like this. Ive seen women get more backlash who were dressed more appropriate but just had too much body. I guess the agenda really has people walking on eggshells. I made this thread expecting high fives and hugs. People appreciating being made aware so they could visit their childs school if its been a while. Instead im bombarded with pebbles. Not much hope left in Babylon,assimilation nearly complete

All I seen and heard was GREAT teaching. Text book problem solving with pre-school kids.
1. Quiet body language.
2. Sat down to be eye level with them, not taking an intimidating stance looking down on them.
3. Speaking in a calming tone, using calming mannerisms.
4. Quietly explaining how he wants to help them, but they must stop crying first.
5. LISTENED FIRST, gave individual attention while giving the whole group attention.
6. Using patience for the kid who still cried and didn’t follow his instructions.
7. He quietly but asserted his leadership and translated the remedy to the kids on how to fix the situation.
8. He quelled the loud situation with QUIET leadership and TAUGHT them the importance of listening to the adults.
Excellent teaching and leadership. And niqqas worried about his outfit that’s not too crazy. Judging from this video, that man is a dope EDUCATOR, he seems to be admin, probably the Principal or AP. Yall niqqas weird.
