Is this Forum becoming too toxic?

If you read all of the thread titles in "The Locker Room" during the last 24 hours (even longer than that), you'd get the impression that it appears to be a very contentious, jaded, confrontational, somewhat disgusting place.

Is that a fair assessment? Am I reading too much into it? JBO even seems to be more welcoming these days.

Don't let yourselves be worked up into anger or anxiety by some of the threads started here.

BTW, I know I start some threads that can be problematic as well, but some of the stuff I see here is kinda "too much". I'm not too surprised because even FaceBook and them purposely post negative things because things that piss you off will get more clicks, but I'm just surprised that it's so obviously happening here in The Locker Room as well.

This place been toxic from the jump. I will say that in terms of it being out of control, no mans land-the ladies room on SOHH was way worse. Half of these folks posting would have been exposed already or ran off if this was SOHH. Folks were ruthless. A lot of shyt folks did on there they could have got charged with criminally as well as the owners of that forum. The admins and mods could control this place if they want to.

Some time after the Zimmerman verdict this forum got fake woke and anti humor. The different personalities and aliases are what made this forum(and SOHH) different from everything else. Now it's wacc but it's just no other alternatives since forums are a dying thing nowadays

Maybe, it's due to staying at home due to the pandemic that I'm noticing things more.

I remember when The Coli started I felt like The Booth or The Coliseum was the most popular forum. Then something called "The Ladies Room" came through. Then when it was clear that it became too wild in there, the name got changed to "The Locker Room". I don't know what the statistics are, but I'd assume that The Locker Room is the most popular forum by far.

I just feel like there's too many posts now that are being made specifically to try to piss people off. This kinda ties in to the whole post about how The Coli is being infiltrated by agents or the Alt Right.

Anyway, Coli still got too many classics for me to ever leave for good. I was just thinking out loud I guess.
