Only Phoenicia or Randals in Mid town if considering a 2 mile radius

H-E-B and Wholefoods are about 4 miles though. But you’re absolutely correct about the lack of life in downtown Houston. It’s abysmal when compared to other larger metro areas.

Houston is a beautiful city with a beautiful skyline. He has a late Millenial/Early GenZ appartment. Can't tell if he's 25 or 35. Dope apartment either way. Nice design and perfect location in Downtown Houston if you want to live the most urban life that Houston can provide.


































8,000 per month is still ridiculous for ANY apartment. I feel like this might be cap.
