No. You can do much better for 8k a month in Houston.

Paying a premium to have an apartment that'd be cool in a walkable city with a real downtown. Not downtown htx.

Dude talked about all of his amenities, you're gonna need them with how annoying it must be to find a grocery store.
Only Phoenicia or Randals in Mid town if considering a 2 mile radius :sadcam:

H-E-B and Wholefoods are about 4 miles though. But you’re absolutely correct about the lack of life in downtown Houston. It’s abysmal when compared to other larger metro areas.

Houston is a beautiful city with a beautiful skyline. He has a late Millenial/Early GenZ appartment. Can't tell if he's 25 or 35. Dope apartment either way. Nice design and perfect location in Downtown Houston if you want to live the most urban life that Houston can provide. :wow:

8,000 per month is still ridiculous for ANY apartment. I feel like this might be cap. :dead:

He’s financially well off. And when you are of a certain status, certain figures simply don’t matter.

That's the perfect apartment for someone who wants to show off and landlords are more than happy to charg the clout demon tax.

They should be paying people to move to downtown Houston.

It would probably look more impressive if not for the childish decor. But $8000 in downtown Houston is ridiculous. There is nothing down there to justify that price
