I'd say murder. If she was sitting on that stool, and shot herself with the right hand (which is the hand holding the gun), the exit wound blood would not have been on the wall. Depending on the gun and proximity, there's more of a mess from the exit wound than the entry wound. That said, I would have expected to see a bloody mess on the floor away from the wall, with some blood residue on the window and counter where she was sitting in the form of a trail had she shot herself with her right hand.
Also, who smokes a cigarette during the act of suicide? She was on the stool, and the perpetrator came from her left side and popped her which is why the blood is on the wall. Smoking a cigarette would indicate to me at least that she was relatively comfortable. Possibly someone she knew, also aware of their presence, but unaware of that person had in store for her.

hmm part of me is questioning some of that pic.
Did she shoot herself in the face while she was sitting facing the left?
gun in right hand so she wasn't facing forward when she shot

only one flip flop? was she moved there? was she only wearing one at the time? where is the other one?

Murder. The cigarette in the left hand shows the victim is left not right handed. Also if he shot himself with his right hand the blood splatter would not be on that side of the wall.
She can't pull a trigger with her right hand?

If she pulled the trigger with her right hand the blood spatter would be on the opposite side. However it is on the side as if she pulled the trigger with her left hand

Murder staged to look like a suicide with some retarded plants (Picture was drawn to be debated so the obvious gotta be visible for you to argue, but still)
- If said person was smoking a Cig before they offed themselves, they would finish it or atleast end it. Who'd shoot themselves with a cig in hand?
- Cig would also drop as well. You ain't clutching shyt like that on the way down and even if you did, the free fall of your body hitting the ground would dislodge that shyt.
- Same for the gun.
- Blood splatter on wall don't match up with the gun hand used unless the body when alive was turned away from the window unless the person reached around and pressed the barrel to left temple with the right hand. (Interesting Fact:- The Temptation dude who committed suicide had a similar situation where he shot himself apparently, on the left side of his head using his right hand)
- Bit of a reach but the pen also on the left side of the paper and I read somewhere you normally put down pen/pencils near your writing hand so that could be another plant.
