Is this the most unnecessary gun setup?

Unnecessary, but it could be practical. Those lil guns are hoppy. Very snappy. The weight on the drum could hold it down and the weight of the optic could reduce muzzle flip. So it could possibly be a well balance shooter. And now it has the capacity to cause chaos.
