I worked at usps and it is not as bad as fed ex. We got a union though

I used to work as a LTL driver moving around 1k and 2k pound pallets.
Moving around big liquid totes with chemicals.
Everything is on these trucks.
manual labor is for college kids and unskilled young adults.

A guy came to one of my jobs with his back already messed up from working at either FedEx or UPS.
Guy was in his 20s and couldn't last 4 hours on the job. Quit the same day he started.

Yep, I can imagine a lot of these younger dudes who aren't use to hard work young suffer in these scenarios.

I got some kin from MS who some hard working nikkas and when I thought about getting a p/t gig there, even they was like, "don't do it!"
Having worked at both USP and FedEx, he isn't lying. Outside of the camaraderie, I do miss how fit I got. Winter season was always rough and folks quit on the regular. Getting the stretcher driver job was dope for when I had that.
Amazon warehouses got people getting back injuries and degenerative spinal conditions and that type of shyt
