2. Butt shots - these are mostly done illegal all though there were some legal alternative however I think those were discontinued. Depending on the body shape and amount used these can look natural or extremely outrageous.

3. BBL - with these fat from the body is transferred for one part of the body to the other. These are the safest and most natural looking. The use to have a high complication rate but that has improved significantly.

If someone has a huge butt that doesn't match the rest of her body it's usually butt shots or a combination of butt shots and a bbl.

With a bbl you can only use the fat on your body so it can only get so big. And you can't use fat from the same area twice.
