It's Dan Marino. fukk I care about rings when he doesn't even play half the game.

I never thought about it, but it is true....why are we judging individual players on a team achievement like a superbowl ring?

Dan Marino is the best QB I've ever seen play.

brady is a good qb who is elevated by playing with the GOAT coach :troll:

combine other hall of fame qb's with belichick and they would be even better than they were :troll:
Despite the fact he wasnt the QB whisperer in Cleveland. :sas2:

Tom Brady

1st Super Bowl: Only reached it because of the nonsense Tuck Rule. And only won by a late field goal over the Rams.
2nd Super Bowl: Carolina Panthers kicker John Kasay kicked the ball out of bounds (something that almost never ever happens) in the final minute, giving the Patriots the ball at the 40. They won by a late field goal.
3rd Super Bowl: Eked out another 3 point win against a less-than-100% Terrell Owens who was beasting. Donovan McNabb had the testicular fortitude of a 12 year old girl and blew it for the Eagles.
4th Super Bowl: A 4-point win over the Seahawks due to the single worst call in recorded human history.

Two Super Bowl losses to Eli Manning; a player so universally despised by fans around the country that he might be the 1st quarterback with 2 Super Bowl rings to not make the Hall of Fame.

Tom Brady as the best quarterback ever?

:mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol::mjlol:.

First Super Bowl: Defeated the "Greatest Show on Turf" while leading a legendary two minute drive to get into FG range for the victory. Heavy underdogs in this game, Thomas Edward Brady was up for the occassion and helped deliver the Patriots first Super Bowl Championship.

Second Super Bowl: John Kasay did kick the ball out of bounds, something kickers rarely do.............just like Vinatieri missing two FG's that game. It may never have come down to the last second FG if the two earlier were made.

Third Super Bowl: Brady helped defeat the #2 overall defense (tied for second) that season in the Philadelphia Eagles. Brady posted a passer rating of 110. Oh, and the other two playoff games, he defeated a future first ballot HOF QB in Peyton Manning who led his team to a 12-4 record and then defeated the first overall seed Pittsburgh Steelers (15-1) record that had the top ranked defense in the NFL. Brady posted a respectable 92.0 passer rating against the Colts in the NFL and then posted a 130 passer rating against the TOP RANKED defense in the entire NFL.

Fourth Super Bowl: The undisputed GOAT had a foot injury during that game, but still picked apart the Seattle Seahawks defense in the second half, while Aaron Rodgers had his team settle for FIVE FG's when he faced them during those playoffs. The "injuries" the Seahawks suffered in the Packers game were near the end, and the ones that were playing with in the Super Bowl were not as significant as many like to make them out to be. Brady went on to post a passer rating of 101 during the Super Bowl against the defending Super Bowl Champions, and a defense that most were calling the best since the early 2000's Ravens defenses.

This is the dumbest shyt i ever read.

So by your logic, if Rodgers were to go to NE, the Patriots would only win ONE SB because that's all Rodgers has.

And if Tom Brady goes to GB, GB will get 4 rings?

:camby:

SB wins is a TEAM effort. Brady has always had a top 10-15 team surrounding him on both sides of the balls along with a HoF coach. Thats why he has 4 rings.

Rodgers has had a horrible oline 80% of his career, historically bad defenses ( i mean this in a literal sense) and little to no run game most his career along with a fat over rated coach who plays like a p*ssy. Thats why he only has 1 ring.

Pats without Brady = 11-5

Packers without Rodgers = 2-6

i wouldnt even be surprised if the Pats start the season 3-1 or even 4-0 with Jimmy G at QB.

hardware does not determine how well a player plays. Hardware tells u what kind of team u have.

I doubt Brady can come to GB and get us 4 ships with the same team we've been fielding the past 7 years

One of their matches even had their third string QB in and they won by 27 points :dead:

At the end of the day Brady's had a lot of luck in the post-season but he's also been unlucky plenty of time. If a few things didn't go his way he could have could only have 0-1 ring, but if a few things had gone his way he could have ended up with 7-8 rings.

But that's the beauty of sport, we can debate "what if's" till the end of time :ehh:
