Is Urban Meyer on the same level as (or better than)Nick Saban?

Everywhere he coached, he won.

8-9 wins at Bowling Green

Led Utah to 10 wins then an undefeated season with Alex Smith.

Became a criminal overlord at Gainesville Correctional and won two ships.

Now winning a ship at Ohio State while three different starting QB's.

He definitely a Tier 0 coach with Saban, some could argue he's better than him. :manny:

I still give saban the edge cuz he got one more than urb. But Idk why he hired kiffin, and let him get free range of play calling. Bama was running the ball down our throats yet kiffin let sims try to beat us with his arm.

Urban had some sense to tell Herman our oc after the multiple turnovers last night to say, fukk those plays, give it to zeke.

I think they are about neck and neck now and the determining factor will be their head to head matchups and championships won...

I will say this for Urban...I can't think of anybody better at the College or Pro level who get's more out of a QB than Urban does other than maybe the GOAT QB whisperer Norv Turner...

From I can't throw past 25 yards Chris Leak to it takes me 3 seconds to throw Tim Tebow to I REALLY can't throw at all Braxton Miller to I can sort of throw but I am really a running back J.T. Barrett to I am a huge monster with a rocket arm Cardale Jones all the way back to Hey thanks coach for telling people how smart I am so they focus on that and not my crazy fear of throwing the ball deep Alex Smith...

This dude has gotten the absolute max he could out of all these dudes...

Is...Scumbag Meyer the Greg Popovich of College Football...:lupe::patrice:

Just give popavich nba players and he will find out what they do well and he will maximize their talent:ohhh:

Just give Urban any QB and he will find out what they do well and he will maximize their talent :ohhh:

Both are the same. There's NO wrong answer.
Had chance to be around Meyer after he took the tOSU job. His mind set and how relaxed he was compared to the stress he seemed to be under was :leon:

He's dangerous right now because I think he has found that balance between work and family.

Yea man as I take a look back at his time at UF, he burnt himself out here. That's what happened and while burning himself out, he REALLY lost control of the program. Letting TOO many people get away w/things and the moment the public started to shed light on it, the bottom fell out.

Hell LOOK at him in 2005 compared to 2010. Dude physically looked :flabbynsick: in 2010

Plus the Big 10 is not as crazy as the SEC when it comes to football. Once the season ends,we don't start thinking about football again until August. Those country bumpkins down south live that shyt 24/7 and the constant pressure to win can make a lot of coaches burn out. As long as he keep the team in contention in Columbus he will be good at OSU.
