Seriously, does anything come close to water??? Milk? Beer? Coffee? Juice?

Water has no sugars, no additive chemicals, no unnecessary bullshyt, just straight H20

The feeling of drinking cold water on a hot sunny day is one of the greatest feelings ever :blessed:

And what about the benefits of hot water?

Healthier Digestion
Improved circulation
Weight loss
Reduced Pain
Fighting colds and improving sinus health
Reduced stress
Tea and Coffee

Hot water is the GOAT for ailing sickness symptoms. Every time I felt under the weather, I would get a tea bag, couple slices of ginger and boil some warm water. Voila! The symptoms would die down.

Whenever I felt indigestion, I would drink some hot water with some slices of lemon to improve body circulation.

Apparently, hot water is healthier than cold water. The heat in hot water kills the bacteria and viruses present in water. Hot water dilates blood vessels in the gut, which helps with digestion. This boost is most notable when hot water is consumed at the beginning of the day. Drinking hot water after a meal emulsifies fats, which also aids digestion

Water is the best drink. Because it is essential for our life. Think about it? Our body consists of 60% of water!

Water is the GOAT bev. Since I turned 17 it’s pretty much all I drink. I might drink a non-water beverage once every 2-3 months
