Is weather slowing down crime in your area?

I just read a statistic that my county (Lake County, Indiana) did not have a homicide during the month of January.

Hood ass cities like Gary, East Chicago and Hammond are in this county. Is Mother Nature making nikkas put the burners away because it's tough running from Po-Po's in 15 inches of snow in your area?

it's slowing down police response times in Detroit. sometimes it's a 1.5 hours to get a police officer to arrive.. if u aren't downtown.

Weather plays a huge role. Anytime NYC has a blackout due to extreme heat, the crime rises. No one wants to hang out on the block when its -10 outside.

one of my guys saw some kids toss a burner after some kid got aired on Nostrand last month
