KYRIE HAS A BETTER TEAM
THAN IT HAD LAST SEASON.
Yeah. Kyrie has matured a lot and playing with a Lebron has taught him how to control the tempo of the game much better.
His (And Curry's) biggest strength is how quick he can attack off catches and how his ability/willingness to move off ball is what separates them from yesteryear scorers (Like Lebron, Melo, or Kobe who like to kill from the stand still and let defenses get set).
Those guys NEVER let their defenders stand still and rest, they never let them get set in their stance, and it makes them so hard to guard. They force defenders to make multiple rapid fire calculations in their head and then commit to one or punish instinctual defense with misdirection.
Curry and Kyrie are masters at misdirection.
Jaylen got better this year. Bradley was very good though. If Hayward was healthy sure but as of right now he doesn't. They missing Bradley, Crowder and Olynyk.
The best players on Kyrie's squad right now was already on last year's team, the only players they added was Morris and Tatum. Morris isn't as good as Bradley was, and although I'd take Tatum over Crowder and Olynyk, they had more depth because they had players like them. Kyrie is doing more with less than IT as of right now.
Just stop it.LBJ didn't teach Kyrie a damn thing
Just stop it.
Yes, what he's doing is THAT special.
This team literally can't score without Kyrie.
They'd literally be one of the worst offenses in the league if he didn't play.
He's a MVP candidate. People are underrating the loss of Hayward because his team is so good defensively. They'd easily be favorites in the east right now if Hayward were healthy and it's a testament to how good Kyrie has been that they're the top seed in the east. Horford has also been really good but Kyrie is carrying the fukk out of them offensively and balancing getting his own shot while still managing to run the team and keep everyone else involved as well.
