Your record label takes care of sampling so that shouldn't be a problem. If you want the record out that bad then don't put it on a album. Drop it on soundcloud

I agree but the original song doesn't have what the new artist did
I would want the original artist to get credit but I also don't want anything getting in the way of me getting any song
if I like both, I want both and I don't want copyright laws stopping me from getting them lol
