I would want the original artist to get credit but I also don't want anything getting in the way of me getting any song
if I like both, I want both and I don't want copyright laws stopping me from getting them lol

According to Kno of the CunninLynguists it is. He got the site to remove all of the fan submitted samples and gave them a list of 'approved samples' (eg. the only ones he bothered to clear). Dude has like a million posts in the comments section of their page on WhoSampled bytching about it.

Yep that site turned musical gods into mere mortals once I realized how many songs timberland, Dr.Dre, and kanye sampled.

I realized majority of them just took a section from a song and just added drums
