I don't think that is what it is...I think it is a song by a half jewish / half black rapper who always wanted to be looked at as "down", and no one every took him serious...then after he became an industry plant and had people pay to put his songs on the radio...and after baby had him go to some training seminars in "houstonlantavegas" he finally figured out how to at least pretend to be "black" and "hip hop"...then this half emo soft rapper actually experienced enough success and notoriety that he decided he could get away with making a song about all the people who dissed him when he was just a soft little light skin rapper, which was basically everybody at the start of his career...

at the way he say "luuud us"...with the way drake talks in real life i bet he had to practice saying it like that for a long as time...i but he had to roll his tongue all the way to the back of his throat to get that hint of a southern accent to come out
