Boys II Men "II" and Carl Thomas ""Emotional" are prob my 1 & 2 favorite albums ever.

Bone's "E.1999" would come in 3rd and #1 overall favorite rap album

Wow,...
Phonzi you responsible breh.
East 1999 is the album you would choose. Which means you believe in being prescient. Which is what hiphop is about at its core. That I totally respect you doing the other half of the work here. When it comes to the content featured in prison industrial economy rap. I am totally on the never let material influence you situation. Where I listen to hiphop and gain prescient knowledge from the content. Not influence based content from industrial prison economy gateway gangsta rap.

I noticed and peeped your selections,...salute for doing the responsible due diligence on here.

Excellent duality, displayed sir.
Well played, sir.

Voodoo or Pet Sounds, it's hard to choose just one favorite album.

What is funny is, if quality if rap records did not drop off a cliff after 1994. Resulting in 1995 then 1996, being the first bad year in the new school way of thought for rap albums.
I would have never fully ventured out for real for real in other genre's music in college.
I am truly a kid who was into his culture and all the other genres was some shyt my pops owned. I knew all about it but it was not my music and would gain no traction. Till rap quality and cultural responsibility stopped intertwining in submission and content of rap albums.

I may have had the whole listened to alt rock because they finally ostracized hair metal and I admired the way they did it.
Yet past that, I would never care enough to go all in and start actually lengthening my vjnyl addiction into other genres. Before I was a strictly any other genre is tape or cd guy. After 94, was over. I went full in on buying vinyl of new artist I liked regardless of genre.

When you buy/bought vinyl,....
Then you care.
