It's not seeing Cilvia Demo, this just the initial positive vibes. It's good but not AOY. Definitely not seeing Cilvia though. May be more cohesive but songs on here are nowhere near as good as West Savannah or Soliloquy

I remember bumpin Cilvia Demo for the first time, thinking who the fukk is this poser who sounds like Kendrick.

Needless to say, shyt grew on me immensely over several months. One of my favorite releases in recent years. You just gotta let shyt marinate after a while.

Gonna give this the same treatment, Zay's earned it.

Man Kenny floated on that shyt. Album is definitely different to Cilvia but I'm fukking with the sound and style.

Seems like a lot of blues and jazz influence, Rashad seems to just be flowing on some of these joints as opposed to straight rapping but I fukk with it.

TDE have 3 of my top 5 this year so far.

He's drawls and mumbles through half these tracks

Great vibe and production all around. Some very smooth and riding beats(that southern/midwestern influence). The rapping is definitely a bit toned down in comparison to Cilvia, but I think that's done on purpose. It's not really a hindering thing unless that's what you're looking for.
