i think if Murda had a bigger name and a bigger machine behind him (pause) that this song could "change the game" on some DMX in 98 shyt, not on that grand of a scale, he's nowhere near as talented as DMX was, but i think it would motivate others to follow his lead. this shyt sounds absolutely nothing like an mmg/young money song, so violently refreshing, :ahh:. we need the video with a fake ass Suge gettin clapped at and chased down Lexington Ave

Murda is Red Cafe status as far as making a track or two a year that get burn in the tristate area but that's where it stops. Not dissing tho, cause both of those nikkas have provided me with ride out music for a few summers now :blessed:

beat sounds exactly like I'm different as was stated before. The record is cool i guess, won't have any shelf life outside of NY. His flow on it is ehh, the hook is ok....overall its nothing special.

It's the same producer too. nikka didn't even try to make it sound different. :deadrose:

Breh it's not the producers fault when stuff like this happen. Coming from a nikka who produces as a hobby, when you make beats especially (non-sampled ones) you're gonna have a bunch that sound similar...I mean think about it if I make beat right now the one I make an hour from now is gonna draw inspiration from the previous one.

You gotta blame the artist for picking the beat.

normally i'd agree but in this case, DJ Mustard admits he makes beats with the same drums/claps and VSTs pursposely

*Looks at dude's location*

East London :shaq2:

I'ma disregard your whole post then :russ:

He knows a bit about hip hop, I wouldn't disregard his opinion, especially if he taking time out his day to listen to that wack ass outdated ass nikka funk master flex and his mixtapes.
