It makes me question do I really need a 1k Superbike when I can just get a 600cc bike and make it do what it do.

this is the very purest sense of racing, I do think 600cc is perfectly fine as not many people have the skill or the reasons to get a 1000cc bike and get maximum use for it. I have a 91 CBR250RR myself and that is enough for me...at least for the next few years
