The true light is the darkness. If what we think and how we eat determines the realms we travel too and thought frequencies. Melanin can not be understated here. Later in the video he discusses the need to keep the blood clean because the blood is liquid light.
If its suspected that food and chemical agents can effect the frequency we operate on,as well as our dreams. Melanin is essentially "Jesus"/God of the body. As well as the Devil.
Melanin as a protective reservoir
In many cases, melanin's ability to bind with substances is a form of natural detoxification.
Sequestering toxins: Melanin can bind to potentially harmful substances, including heavy metals like lead, mercury, and copper, as well as herbicides and other chemical agents. By chelating or sequestering these toxins, melanin can prevent them from causing immediate damage to the cell.
Protection against UV radiation: Melanin's most well-known protective role is absorbing and dissipating UV radiation, which prevents damage to DNA.
Scavenging free radicals: Melanin acts as an antioxidant by scavenging reactive free radicals and neutralizing oxidative stress.
The "double-edged sword" effect
While melanin's binding properties can be protective, they can also lead to adverse effects, especially with long-term exposure or in specific tissues.
Delayed toxicity: A substance that binds to melanin is slowly released over time, creating a reservoir that can prolong exposure. This can cause long-term, progressive damage to the melanin-containing cells or the surrounding tissue.
Enhanced neurotoxicity: Neuromelanin, a specialized type of melanin found in the brain, has been implicated in the neurodegeneration seen in Parkinson's disease. Some neurotoxins, such as MPP+, have a high affinity for neuromelanin. While the initial binding may seem protective, the slow release of these toxins can increase cellular stress and contribute to the death of dopaminergic neurons over time.
melanocytes/melanin have an impact on many repair functions of the body. It can harness light to do good and evil within the body. It can harness drugs and toxins for a slow release to protect the body. Or it can cause the body to hold toxins for longer and make it more toxic. This will likely effect the frequency in which you operate, and your level of conscience. In this reality as well as your dreams

its only an assumption that the sun is the source of light
as weird as that sounds
i do think what youre saying has some merit but i think further studies in both direction (scientific and mystically) must be done to understand the nature of metal complexes in the body (melanin has a similar operation chemically to Vitamin B+ if im not mistaken)
i think when you imply that melanin is "self-intelligent" without an operator is where im not so sure, going into Parasite Eve type logic
