For some reason, when I click on the arrow of a quote, it will not scroll up to the original quote.

I am not sure if this is a bug on the site, or an issue with my browser (Chrome).

Has to be your browser. Try clearing your cache. I'm on chrome for Android and it just worked for me.

I tried it, and it is still not working.

Earlier, I logged into the site from Microsoft Edge and had no issues with the arrow quote scroll, so it must be some issue with my Chrome browser.

I have no idea what's the issue on this browser.
