From playing those Yakuza games I think the main way they disrespect each other is by tone and using the wrong honorifics. Like calling a man like he's a boy with an aggressive tone. To be honest I'm surprised in western society that a man barking in your face isn't enough to want to throw down. He has to use a specific phrase to really set you off. The way we do it makes a lot less sense
