It depends on the app and company. Mine has a pretty legit customer support service.

Those are generating tickets for Sony for sure, what happens after that I don’t know, I personally think they just close em out if it’s not a widespread issue being seen by massive amounts of peoples

The data is collected and aggregated. If enough users are reporting the same type of problem then it gets attention and might lead to them finding a bug or something that needs to be fixed in the next update they push out.

somebody will review the report
if they think its a real issue they will create a ticket with a severity
low severity tickets get put in a backlog and get addressed at some point...usually never
high severity tickets get addressed within a day
