It just Dawned on Me, In order to be successful u must compromise ur intergity

Today I shaved my facial hair for the first time since I had the ability to grow facial hair. I been practicing smiles in the mirror, because of my natural frown. I'm ready to play the game, and play it forreal. And compromise like everybody else and play the by the book....It makes me sad because I never wanted to reach this place, but I just gotta play the game i suppose to make it in Merica

I always been the type of dude that wanted to do things my own way and never compromise, keep it 100 at all times, and give it to ppl uncut, and to my credit, I've done that , and it got me absolutely nowhere. My attitude just turned ppl off, keeping 100 comes with no rewards but I'm starting to come to the realization that's not possible if u want to survive in America. U really have to put on a fake persona and lie...seriously!....U cant just be yourself , and still live a regular life. U have to comprise and pretend to like/respect people.

In order to get a job, everything is a lie, 1st the interview...U have to pretend to respect the company and the person interviewing u, just so you can get money. And the whole conversation between both parties is fake and both put on these fake smiles and make pointless small talk about trivial shyt like sports, u know bullshyt things. Then u have to talk to your coworkers about their pointless lives everyday, like who gives a fukk about football and your kids. Even if u are a business owner, u still have to be fake and kiss your clients ass, like for example, I was talking to this chick on the phone about her project and she hit me with the goofy cliche women line "why are u so quiet, why are u so shy?"
I'm thinking "bytch I'm here for business only, I'm not trying to get personal, and stop wasting my time" I swear alot of women only buy services because they're lonely and only and looking for a man's company...(thats a another story)

anyway not to get off topic but damn ... In order to make it out here, U have to really put on a false perception of yourself because ppl are so brainwashed ...that if u don't fit into what they deem as "normal" they'll punish u for it. Just something I been thinking about

Yup you have to play the game but that's true even when you work for yourself. You have to fit in to make it ... for the very social this is not a problem. Anyway because of the need to fit in there are many brilliant bums out there - they get it and are wired differently and refused to take it anymore.
