I'm in Canada at the moment. Toronto to be exact.
It's different here. The cops don't feel like an occupying force. The people are going out of their way to be polite and friendly. The Black people here don't seem to be as publicly hated as we are in the States. It's really strange.
I'm getting the feeling that it's time for us to leave.
I'm getting the feeling that if we stay too long they're not going to let us leave.
The more I think about what is clearly going on the more inevitable the conclusion seems to be.
