You seem like the most reasonable Lakers fan on this board. How do you see y'all getting out the hole in the next 3 years? If you can't land Melo this summer what do you do? Pay Deng and another piece? Btw Steve Nash did y'all dirty by coming back next year. Don't know how Laker fans can accept that shyt so easily.
lol, we don't accept the shyt at all but it ain't much we can do about it. It's no way any real Laker fan can hate steve nash and that dirtbag coach more than we do now, fukk nash I hope we run him into the ground.
As far as what we can do, right now the most important shyt is getting at least a Top 3 pick in this draft cuz that'll make the difference between say a 3 year quick rebuild and a 5 year rebuild. If we get a Top 3 pick, fire f'ucktoni as soon as possible, and stand pat with our cap space til 2015 we should be in good shape by 2016 in Kobe's last season. The most important thing is that lotto pick, gettin a new coach(SVG/Hollins/etc), making smart signings/picks/trades for the bench and role players, and save the cap for Kevin Love in 2015 regardless of how Kobe feels about another wasted season.
Best case scenario imo is 2016 we'll be a legit playoff team and possibly be a contender again with a deep, young, and balanced team, it's possible but its really up to the people in charge at this point. Personally, a lot of us just want Dr. Soon to buy controlling share of the Lakers and get rid of the Buss kids in general cuz its too much politics and fukkery with them it's been that way since Kobe/Shaq's first title run. The hope for me, is that jim does so horribly that hes forced out of his position and eventually forced out of LA. I know it might seem far fetched, but when a team has such a deep winning culture it's a certain standard that has to be maintained and at the end of the day this team can't fukk around with its money or name like that.
