I actually had this thought the other day. These two and church are where the networks are.

That's because they don't challenge the system on any level if they did they would be eradicated. Frats are all about nepotism and elitism not mobilization of a people on a grand scale. Gangs are cannon fodder for the industrial prison complex.​
