Sometimes lawyers convince people that a settlement is better than a trial. And unfortunately, they're right. How many innocent people said 'fukk that' to a settlement or plea bargain deal only to get not just a book but the whole library thrown at them? And then years later, 'oh we're sorry.'

Settlements don't mean shyt except it costs less to settle than to go to trial.

Two things on a side note.
1. Its funny as hell when you read or look at some of the sigs or avi of the people who demonize Cosby.

2. Every woman i know of a certain age(22-23) that i have ever been comfortable enough to ask has said she was raped.

Other than holding a woman agaist her will and taking it, what else is rape?
