I wouldn't put all of this on AEW.

NXT has always been this good, people were just sleeping on it because of the lackluster main roster.

Also the NXT on USA deal was in the works for about 2 years. It was the next logical choice for USA since they were losing SD Live.

NXT always "owned" Wednesdays. As far as I'm concerned AEW wants the war because they seemed to choose Wed. instead of Tues. like it was originally thought.

Exactly. People are acting like Wwe didn’t always have nxt on Wednesday and they suddenly was like wait AEW let’s negotiate a tv deal with USA in like 2 months to fukk with because you know that’s how it exactly how it happens in business . Also Wwe is getting paid rights fees for nxt while aew is only getting production costs and ad splits .which isn’t to take away from them but they can easily start losing money if the ad sales are terrible or low cost .

Also by "owned", hence the quotations, because it's not literal, I meant it was well established on Wednesdays long before AEW. This isn't about Lucha Underground, never has been. I don't see people saying it's AEW vs LU, etc?
