But I will say one thing, that applies for everything generation. There are only so many good songs from each decade. a new station here in Detroit 105.1 just started up playing only throwbacks. It's legit
but after a while it's the same songs. Same reason who always hear of that glden age in the 60s but theres only like 50 songs people remember

I'm like the opposite right now. Last year, I was all about trying to develop an ear for this new nikka shyt (Future, Migos, Lil Herbo whatever) but now I'm almost exclusively back on that 90s shyt. Even so called gimmick rap like Fu Schnickens and Das Efx gettin heavy burn on my iTunes right now.
If you came up actually making Hip Hop music and not just listening to it, there's no way you can completely throw 90's shyt in the bushes that shyt still slap youngin

I wouldnt say its bad but a lot of the sounds are dated. I tried to listen to illmatic and couldnt make it all the way through.
