I'm not the broke person buying a $250 TV :mjlol:

it's not about being broke genius.

I bought a nice 65" inch TV 3 weeks ago, and guess what....I haven't even taken it out the box yet.

Like I said, some people barely watch TV and it's not of grave importance to jump on every new wave of technology.

No one with money or common sense would spend $250 on a 50" TV

My cousin bought one.

She just bought a big-ass house and needed a TV for the movie room which no one other than her 7 year old son is going to use.

You buy TVs based on your NEED. I don't see why this is so hard to grasp. Everyone doesnt need a $1,500 TV for a room nobody is going to be in.

No you don't get it. There's a reason why those TVs are so cheap.

And your initial point was there was no difference in quality between a cheap set and a more epensive one. Don't flip it and now say I don't watch it much so it doesn't matter :usure:

There's is a difference and its one thing going inexpensive and it's another to go flat out cheap

I SAID, the TV's still look good(very good to be honest). I didn't say a $220 TV is the same as a $900. You inferred that on your own.

And I SAID everyone doesn't watch TV or play games like that to warrant paying the extra money.

A person who drives 3 miles to work everyday might only want a $19,000 car as opposed to buying a $50,000 they have no real need for.

The price of electronics is based almost entirely on this.
Since there is a guide to know in advance how powerful the next iteration of technology will be and about when it will come out, price drops are planned accordingly.

Math & Science combining to make big ass TVs and cut the prices... :leon:
