Out in the field with the trades and these mufukkas strong. Meanwhile I'm flabby as fukk:flabbynsick: That shyt will sneak up on you when you least suspect it. Like folks don't even realize it. I Used to be in way better shape.

Yeah man, I have to get up and go outside every morning before work and every evening after work or I heading straight to Larry Holmes. If I was to give advice, I would say weighing myself every morning gives me that right sense of urgency.

shyt is the worst. At one point I was pushing 300 :damn:If your work is sedentary you HAVE TO offset it with healthy(er) food at least.


I gotta be on-site by 6a.m. which means i can't run in the morning. I might start getting up at 4a.m. or will just have to run after, but it be hot as hell:francis:

do whatever it takes. I've tried both early morning and late night working out, have been rocking with late night mostly. I hate the shyt sometimes but it's more and more necessary the older i get

The Wrong Side of the Tracks
I spend one day in the office, max. Just making sure paperwork is squared away. Takes about 3-4 hours. The other 4 days are full of me lifting/moving 75 lbs. of equipment back and forth for about 6 hours while walking about 10 miles/day.​

All my HVAC/Electrical/sheetrock/roofing/insulation brehs KNOW what I mean.​

Its not the desk job thats flabby, its your mindset.

I have lost ~13 pounds since this covid shyt started and I have a desk job where I am working from home


So why is damn near 70% of the country obese?:comeon:

Most people do not realize how big they've gotten until it's too late and they flabby or someone tells them.

Most people have a "flabby" mindset.

They would rather priorities the short term gratification of a full stomach and satiated appetite then long term gratification of good health and low body weight.

Most people know that eating alot of food and not moving around means you will gain weight, but what does that tell you when they do it anyway
