I work out with some older brothers at the gym that look hella young.
There was one older cat on the flat bench hitting 2 plates and he said wassup and we talked a bit and he told me he was 70 years old.
I was like wtf
, I thought dude was 50 and bruh is reppin 225 at 70 years old and there are catz who are in their 20's and 30's who can not bench their own weight

You should chop up game with older catz who are 60 and 70, but look 40 and 50 years old, just to pick up some good game.
