It’s crazy how the accepted reaction to a bat flip is to physically harm somebody.

And they waited until the next season to throw a pitch at him.

Hoe shyt. That’s why I loved watching Jose that wasn’t his first bat flip or stare down

Interesting that baseball and hockey are the two sports where trying to physically hurt an opponent outside of the context of play is basically condoned.

I wonder why "throwing down gloves", "beaning the batter" and "charging the mound" are historically accepted parts of those sports, but there's no such fighting sanctioned by the NBA or NFL?

:mjpls:

"sanctioned fighting" :heh:

It's worth noting that all of those offenses warrant penalties/ejection.

Just because it's an "accepted" part of the game, doesn't mean it's done with no consequence.

FWIW, NBA players are the kings of almost getting into fights.... most of them wouldn't throw a punch unless it was at their wife.

Just looked this up.:mjlol:
That is funny as shyt.:laff::laff::laff:
Why is this funny? Every sport has unwritten rules which look funny in the light.

Coli was mad when the Suns were intentionally fouling just to get Booker’s points up against Boston.

Schiano got called out in this forum too for trying to rush the line when the Giants take a knee.

cac shyt. If you got an issue with being "shown up", pull up on him as he rounds the bases and meet him at home plate. Hiding behind a 98 mph fast ball to the head is a bytch move

I wish a CAC would. If I’m able to walk after getting beaned then it’s straight
