Sex in violence is an everyday part of life for pretty much every species on this earth. I'm glad I was fortunate to observe from a TV screen rather be in situations of chaos like that though. But I will say, people probably been watching too much tv and media at all ages the past few decades.

You cannot compare Mortal Kombat in the 90s to Mortal Kombat now.

I'm not going to be pressed with my 9 year old playing the above. I wouldn't buy it from him, but I wouldn't take it away from him if he got the game from an older cousin or friend.

I would not allow my children to play violent games from this generation.

We are getting closer and closer to feeling of immersion when playing games... That's kind of the objective. Whilst it is fine, it blurs the line between reality and fiction. When paired with violence, it isn't healthy for a child.

I feel that when looking back at our childhood, there is a lot of dishonesty. The internet wasn’t huge and we were more sheltered from adult content. A film rated 18 in the 90s would be a 15 by today's standard.
Those boxes have a rating on them for a reason

Exactly. Thats why i stopped responding because you got haters just derailing shyt out of spite. Dude completely said something i didnt say and other haters cosigned him to make me look like im crazy.

And im tired of these dumbass people in here calling anybody who isnt stupid like them dumb. You have some overconfident losers on here believing their delusions coming on here looking for other folks to think that they are better than.
