Its crazy how Universal took over the music biz

I remember them as the label behind artists like Drama and Miracle in the late 90's. Now everyone from the Beatles and Bob Marley to Drake and Dr. Dre is at Universal.

Sony and Warner/Atlantic have been around forever.

Universal started in like 95 and had the whole industry by 2005

They been in the game for eons breh, used to be sister company of Universal pictures and now owned by Vivendi which is like Disney. How they own many labels is complicated, shyts a web of buying former big time labels and their subsidries and having what you have today.
