Ever since I stopped eating sugar, I’ve noticed I rarely feel hungry anymore. Yeaterday for example I had 2 eggs, a can of tuna, whole wheat bread and a cup of strong coffee and cream with no sugar at 7am before work. I didn’t eat anything at work and the whole day and when I got home at around 6pm, I had to force myself to eat a small bowl of pasta and that was it for the day. In total I proablay had about 1700 calories the whole day.
When I was eating loads of sugar, I was constantly eating all the time and always hungry. Chocolates, soda etc. Just couldn’t stop eating. My weight has been falling like crazy
