I think its more indicative that Phil Jackson is a horrible front office guy.

I find it funny that Phil has only had success while coaching some of the greatest players to ever play...and he sure as hell doesn't have a greatest anything on the knicks roster...so how on earth did anybody think this was going to work in any other way than the way it's working now?

Nah, both of those guys basketball IQ's are low...I mean all time low...
Watching mav's games...their were times that Carlisle called a timeout than for no other reason than Dalembert did something so stupid that Carlisle just had to take him out the game...
that just means that it would take longer for them to learn
he's had one offseason with no cap to work with and no one was expecting anything this season
