Since a woman’s body is designed to incubate a fetus, she can’t be criticized over this decision....? She gets pregnant via reckless behavior and gets to ensure that the kid has a life of hardship his/her their formative years just because she doesn’t want to be bothered, even when the baby didn’t ask to be here? Did she even ask the baby daddy if he wanted sole custody? :sas1:

Not sure where this thread is going but...

Parental Rights: Unmarried Fathers and Adoption
Created by FindLaw's team of legal writers and editors.

One of the biggest parental rights is the right to consent or object to the adoption of one's child. Generally, adoption requires the consent of both parents, provided they meet certain requirements. To gain parental rights, including the right to object to adoption, biological fathers unmarried to the mother must not only establish paternity, but also demonstrate a commitment to parenting the child.

The fukk? Women have more say in what they do with the child because they carry children for 9 months and go through actually birthing the child.

It’s as simple as that.

That didn't change 1 thing about my point

There are numerous kids who had a father that didn't even know he was the father placed for adoption :unimpressed:

They can leave a baby at a fire station or a hospital and have no further responsibilities, no questions asked. But let a breh not pay child support, and they'll come at him with paycheck garnishments, license suspensions and prison time, plus label him a deadbeat.

:skip:

You mean the law does those things, right? I dont think it would be an issue if father's took care of business and handled their responsibilities. Courts are holding them accountable because many haven't and aren't. Your Bm didn't get your license suspended. The judge suspended your license and gave you jail time because you were an irresponsible parent:mjlol:

Out here having babies with broads you dont fukk with like that and mad at the consequences :mjlol:
