College hoops is probably where i used to see it the most.
You'll see a good freshman class and they'll struggle at the beginning of the season, but by march, you hear the clishaé "this is a team you dont wanna play in march".
It's those players that have the measurables and you see the high ceiling, but they are not ready yet, then, the game slows down for them.
Maybe it's just me, but i enjoy seeing that progression
