It's Laundry Day & I Don't Have Quarters (If You Know About Scratch Off Odds, Get In Here)

alright, so i don't have money to do laundr ight now ( i will soon tho)


but i have a credit card, the only problem, is that i don't think i can get cash back with it ( i went to cvs yesterday with it, and they didn't offer cash back)

so i don't know how to get actual quarters with it.

but then i thought i can buy 10-20 dollars worth of scratch offs (i have nickels ,etc i can sractch with)

and that with that i'll almost surely win at least 5 dollars back and will be able to get quarters with that.


is there a better plan than this or nah?

would i realistically have to buy more then 10-20 dollars worth of scratch offs to have a good chance of wnning 5 dollars on at least 1 of them?

keep in mind i'm not stupid i'm not trying to get a profit with them, i just need ACTUAL cash, and the only way is with the scractch offs, not the credit card.



or do some landrymats take credit cards and the whole plan was unnecessary?

when i was a like 7-8, i used to run through the mcdonald's drive thru and pick up all the coins under the window
they didn't like that
i also used to check the return slot of payphones and cigarette machines - neither of which exist anymore
and someone already suggested the wishing well

1. go rob a recycling box and cash out the aluminum
2. do you live in a state where plastic bottles are worth a nickle??
3. c-stores usually have a " take a penny leave a penny" tray
technically a purchase is not requiredso you can just take those pennies
4. don't retail coupons always say something about 1/20 of a cent cash value??
try cutting out 500 of them and see if they give you a quarter
5. donate plasma?? even if they reject you, they give you a $10 courtesy gift

go to the local hood store. Buy a money order then go to the local hood check store and cash it. What kind of bullshyt credit card do you where you dont get cash back?

Hol up since when can you request cash back on a credit card. I thought that was debit cards. Credit cards are only for cash advance
