If ISIS did it they would've made a video of them making the bomb with a go pro of it being planted and a bonus execution of the inside man that planted it. They probably looking at the media like thanks but we good breh. They hate that Russia is helping the Syrian government. According to the US/UK Russia is helping ISIS. Exactly or at least they would have claimed responsibility by now. Could have even been Egyptian security forces, Al Sisi is in London right now. Its funny how Russian and Egyptian government are staying silent on the cause while the U.S and U,K beat the drums.
