easy viewing everytime I see it so many quotables classic scenes classic characters So, I watched this on cable in probably 97 or 1998, the USA network premiere, one weekend, I was maybe 12-13. Thought it was brilliant, hilarious. Around the time I first saw Strapped, too. I went to school on Monday, and we were all standing around before PE, trying to get to the basketball courts first, and I said "I saw this movie Friday....have you ever seen it?" or however I would have phrased that in middle school, and my homie goes, really loud in front of everyone
"N----- you ain't never seen FRIDAY"? What the fukk?!"
Now, I am not sure a 10 year old should have seen Friday in 95, but that was hilarious, and that's when I knew it was a classic.

I have watched this movie more times than any other and it never gets old.
I used to get a kick out of noticing things I hadn’t noticed before.
Like when I first noticed Craig’s girlfriend had another dude laid up in her bed while she is interrogating Craig about another chick.
Or when they are hiding in the bed of the pick up truck.

What’s was also crazy at the time was Ice Cube, the angriest man in America, starring in a comedy. That caught everyone by surprise.
My friend and I rented house party 3 and Friday was one of the previews, that very next weekend we rented it. I was ten years old probably shouldn't of watched that at ten... Still one of the funniest movies I ever watched
