Is this truly a statement y'all believe? It's OK to promote violence if you are a good rapper.

I mean I see Threads with Drill rappers all the time and y'all usually say things like they are poisoning the black community and the entire city of Chicago deserves to be bombed(I'm not even going to get into how

But it seems like the sentiment on here is that as long as you rap good( or frankly, reside in the Tri-State area) the violence you say in your music has no real effect on the youth that choice to listen to it, yet somehow the worse you rap, the more effect you have on people with your violent music?
All I'm saying is, if you truly believe that violent music negatively effects it's listeners, is it not hypocritical to give a pass to other rappers simply because you actually enjoy their music?

If you're going to bring up the violence and drug selling lyrics in hip-hop when it comes to artist from Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles etc, don't conveniently leave out those lyrics from the 90's artists y'all Stan who reside on the east coast
