The conference is definitely struggling right now. Ohio State and Michigan are down a bit but they are rebuilding. In a few years both will be back at the top of the national rankings.

What really hurts the conference is what happened to Penn State. They are the third traditional power and Bill O'Brien was recruiting great before they got hit with the sanctions.
