Best thing a man can do is be as sometimey as the women they interact with. You get the vibe she not speaking or got an attitude, ignore her ass until she back smiling and talking again. At this age, I think women appreciate the inconsistency more because they view constant interaction as “pressure”. A man should have diverse social equity aka “motion” with various women because they really have an ADD mindset these days.

I do think most females these days are self absorbed but I don’t think they mean anything by it for most part. In my experience, it’s not personally directed at anybody when they’re doing it because you catch them on another day, the interactions will be completely different. I’m talking on a platonic level as well. You add romance and it gets even more chaotic and there’s different rules to that but in general I don’t think men should cut a woman off because she emotionally inconsistent. That’s literally the biggest difference between men and women.

All I know is when you put yourself first emotionally/mentally everything else falls in line. In most cases the heartache we face is through our own doing because we lack discernment. Using that discernment to self reflect on if a certain situation is conducive to your emotional and mental happiness LONG TERM. That applies to anything in life.

Also, the ability to walk away peacefully and move on. Give them what they want. A woman wants to leave, ok I don’t agree but I respect it AND I DISAPPEAR. I spoke on this in the quick gems thread but women don’t come back when they break up because in most cases the dude begged and pleaded to win her back. Calling and texting, stalking and all that nonsense. What you’re doing is putting out in the universe that you’re less than. That you don’t deserve the best. If the universe knows it your ex woman does too. If you have to fake it till you make it or until you believe that YOURE THE shyt AND WHOEVER DOESNT LIKE IT AND LEAVES CAN GET FUKKED

I walk away calmly and peacefully, wish them luck and fall off the face of the earth. Best way to deal with it. Guaranteed eventually that shyt will hit her especially if you was a decent dude to her. Understand and acknowledge that ALL things come to an end. Sometimes sooner rather than later.

I was talking about platonic/professional based on OPs scenario. It's too much bullshyt and risk out here to be allowing that silly shyt with chicks you aren't even messing with or worse yet in your workplace with your money and livelihood on the line.

If we talking romance, then yeah there will be ups and downs. But even with that you gotta vet these chicks. It's levels to this. All chicks have their moods and go through their changes but they all aren't drama queens or super messy. Gotta be careful who you allow to get that close to you.
