Smaller families, less support, no one truly takes you seriously... It's very easy for black men to fail in America, very easy. Hispanics at least have family, higher rates of marriage which HIDES alot of the personal issues a person might go through but the mainly have a large family.

I see young black women with disadvantages but they're so determined to win. My mom teaches nursing and she said there are plenty of young mothers in her class. Most of them are black too. These women will not let shyt stop them. Why don't a lot of the guys have the same attitude? My girl was kicked out when she was 18 because she started taking hormones. She's about to graduate college with a degree in economics. Salute to the black women who make no excuses
