Its time we retire 85% of these smilies

I post from mobile 95% of the time (along with a good majority of coli) so its hard to update custom smilies and such. But there is some general custom smilies that have been used by members. Why not use them and replace most of the old ones? These couple here really need to be moved to the smafters(smilie rafters)

I mean, i can help if you guys need that on an implementation level. Just getting tired of using the same smiley when there are dozens out there for each reaction. That was one of the main reasons i joined here after leaving sohh was the smilie usage. We can do better
