yeah and i didn't even bother posting a lot of his more obscure songs, but he's got a TON of classic and great music to sample and listen too

we all know the usual samples producers have sampled from time and time again, but Isaac has a goldmine

i was telling my brother in law tonight. if i was a producer, i would but every single box set and soundtrack of Isaac Hayes', study all of the music, pay for all of the sample clearances to his estate and then sample almost every single song, from the obscure album cuts to he ones that have been sampled a thousand times over (but i'd find new and creative ways to sample the well known samples, might just be like a snippet of a piano piece or something, or a horn section)
