It's very obvious the South is more superior than the North quality of living wise

Better women (more thickness, curves, generally nicer)

Better weather (rather deal with heat than bitter cold, wind and snow)

Better real estate (3 bedroom apts for $1200+)

Better roads from lack of snow/ice....

A lot more quieter/peaceful neighborhoods and more space...

Strippers are actually naked at the strip clubs...

People in general are just a lot more friendly and hospitable.

Cleaner streets, air, buildings and probably cleaner food and water...

And if you still want that up north feel you can live in the downtown areas of the major cities in the south.

Sure you make more money up North but what's the point if the quality of life ain't there

This is why I'm transferring my position down south after I put in work, the pay i get here would have me eating the most in major cities in the south. Im getting older and my long term goals have shifted, i just want to ayleast feel as if my life is moving forward, small gains help a nikka self esteem. My boy just "made it", got a luxury apt in long island city with every amenities you can imagine in NYC but paying 4k a month in rent. The shyt i constantly hearing and seeing with nikkas In the south have and got fukks me up . Got nyc nikkas who make 45k a year and still can't move out th3 crib cuz landlords want 40x salary to be over than 55k for most apartments. I'm good, I can always pay a 300 flight to goto nyc and visit and ball out and go back home. I refuse to pay 3k a month for some bullshyt "luxury" apartments that used to be the hood 10 years ago, that shyt for new city nikkas, they ain't fooling natives. I'm on every affordable housing lottery opening and I hope they call a nikka but the problem is My salary is perfectly in the middle where I don't qualify for most housing lotteries.

Southern cities feel pretty suburban and spread out to the point where you'll need a car a lot of the time even within city limits.

Not as much diversity of food and culture compared to what we take for granted up here.

Job markets are still far more plentiful up north.


I love the South as it's the stronghold for blacks and AA culture but that's as far as it goes for me.
